No. I pay someone to do my lawn.
They blow it back into my yard and rake it in.

Most humans are lazy and inconsiderate.

It is a side show every week. We have a small office right off a bust street intersection. The law care guys across the street blow the leaves our way on Thursday. On Friday, our guys blow it back. Week after week.
Problem is a lot of it ends up in the sewer drain.

I have a neighbor that, after mowing his yard, will get out the blower, start up at the edge of his house, and blow the entire yard down into the street. He spends more time blowing than it took him to mow.
If you take care of your grass and fertilize properly, there are nutrients in the clippings that are beneficial to the turf. Now, if you let it get 6” high you can’t leave it, but if you mow regularly returning those nutrients to the soil is a good thing. Your neighbor is a knucklehead.
