Do you guys think she’s guilty or not? I’m curious to hear your thoughts!

I have been busy and haven't followed the retrial but my take on the first is the state did not meet their burden.
My opinion thus far is that if she did do it there is so much worse going on around the O'Keefe's death that the state is hamstrung proving it without opening a much deeper can o' worms.

They all seem like vv trashy people.

I think she did it. I think the cops knew she did it but were not confident in the evidence so they planted more.

Her SUV didn't run him over at all.
Anyone paying even a little attention can see, 2 black eyes, arm scratches, face laceration, and skull fracture didn't result from an SUV sideswiping him and supposedly throwing him a far distance.

No opinion either way. Just thought it was funny the cops were texting about her leaky balloon knot and one of the detectives having to define ballon knot on the stand. Riveting stuff

Do you think the dog bit him before or after she hit him?

Don’t care at all
Havent watched but have they shown evidence of victims skin and/body tissue matter from undercarriage of car? Usually have some grated meat chunks or melted skin stuck to some pipes

There's no dent in the vehicle just a busted tail light that seems to have been busted by cops after the SUV was seized.
And they expect you to believe she hit him and threw him 30 or 40'.

Read this back to yourself and tell me how absurd it sounds.

My opinion is I hope I never have to depend on either Canton officials or the Massachusetts State Police to investigate anything I’m involved in. There are certainly some circumstances which indicate that she may have hit him. But there is no overwhelming evidence of such. And there is a mountain of issues with the investigation, summed up as they identified her the morning of O’Keefe’s death based on the statement of one person who was in the house. After that, they became actively disinterested in following any other line of inquiry, no matter what evidence they did or didn’t find. This in itself is enough for reasonable doubt to me. Even if I thought she probably did it (I don’t) I would vote not guilty if I were on the jury because the prosecution’s case is that weak.

there does seem to be some reasonable doubt

Some?
I'm pretty sure she didn't hit him with her car.
I'm absolutely certain they lack the evidence to convict her.
Second trial is a waste of time and money.

Are they dirty AF. I have been keeping up with it. They showed O'Keefe's marks on his upper arm. Rebel told me to look at videos of police dogs being trained. They are trained to go for arms and upper body.
Then the video that breaks down O'Keefe at the Waterfall (the bar). That Higgins guy and O'Keefe have some words. Higgins is held back. He seems he tells O'Keefe to come on.. as in you want some of this? Then Higgins text O'Keefe "you coming over?".
O'Keefe goes to the Alberts where Higgins is. Read said she dropped him off, waited for him... Called and text him multiple times with no response. She then says that his niece and nephew were home alone and she had to get back to them so she left. Hours later O'Keefe is found dead by the road.
The Alberts get rid of their dog, they eventually sell their house, etc. A murder is being hidden and they want her to go down for it.. In my opinion.

This may be the understatement of the world’s existence. The Commonwealth is really struggling to put someone on the stand that doesn’t lie.
Ian Whiffin admits he can’t say for certain that John or his phone did not go in the house. Miss Hyde (legend in her own mind) was found by a Maryland court to be unreliable and not credible but Judge Kim Jong Cannone won’t let the defense bring it up.
There are well over 100 instances that point to reasonable doubt. The prosecution has changed quite a bit of their witnesses testimony to better fit their story.
If you followed the case from before the first trial, it is unreal how much reasonable doubt this case has. The evidence bag that was marked “left shoe” actually contained a right shoe. If it weren’t for Karen’s life on the line, this case could be a sit-com made for tv. The MSP and Canton PD make the Reno 911 cops look like Kojak, Columbo, Matlock and the Blue Bloods.
