Do you believe people accused of sexual harassment deserve a second chance?

Seeing as so many of these accusations turned out to be bupkis, or they had skeletons of their own, I think we should let due process take its course before the lynch mob is fired up.

Just because someone is accused of something doesn’t mean they’re guilty of that accusation. No matter how much people want to get rid of it, due process is still a thing

The dude jerked off in front of other adults. He didn't rape anyone. He talks about that kinda shite in his routine for Christ's sake. IDGAF.

Didn’t a bunch of the Weinstein accusers either get proven wrong, or turned out to have done similar things?

I mean, he may be a scummy piece of shite who used his power to score tail...but that isn’t illegal.

Louie wasn't even famous when that shite happened. Or not famous enough for it to matter. He was just drunk and wanted his dick sucked. He didn't hold them there.

He admitted it.

And a fact spoken by a shitty person is still a fact so the skeletons of their own part is stupid.

I agree with the other part, but this is the wrong example to bring up since he admitted it.

Agree

Ansari did nothing wrong really

CK was creepy as frick but more a case of misjudgment.

Weinstein and spacey are accused of sexual assault and attempted rape. You don't get second chances for that shite

I’m speaking more in general, not specifics.

I don’t think an accusation by itself should be a career ender.

Louis will be back. He just needs to go away for like a year and a half and then come back with the greatest stand up of his career which I think he’s capable of.

Sure he should get a second chance. I'd just rather not see him advertised on comedy specials or appearing on shows like Bill Maher as if he's some witty commentator.

I wonder if comedy will ever get back to the non-PC edge it had in the past.

Where it could poke fun at everyone instead of tiptoeing around and being worried about who might be offended.

Yeah, pull up some old Eddie Murphy and Andrew Dice Clay.

Nobody and no subject was left unmolested by them.
Ahhh, the good ol days.
