I wouldn't max without a spotter. If I can't do the weight more than six reps by myself, I won't lift it without a spotter.

Right now idk, but probably in the 365-385 range. And I weigh 230.

Yep. Im 27 years old and work out regularly, and I am about at 285. And when I work out with partners and friends there are not many people that do much more. And when I am in the weight room there may be 1 or 2 guys that can put up 300. But the OT 300 lbs is the mendoza line

I see maybe 1 every once in a while. people actually stop and watch when you start pressing 365+

285 would be a dream, My body just doesnt want to hold more weight than about 230 at max.

Figure with another 30 pounds I could easily hit 500

The real measure of strength metric is how many times can you pickup your couch and then run to the kitchen and back.

3(couches)*2.1(sec)=6.3

I work out at Elmwood. The only people putting up over 300 were the big sons of bitches that came in there. I didnt see many 185 pounders putting up 320 like the OT has
