Usually 2-3 cups of coffee black.
Whatever caffeine I get from coke/pepsi zero

I used to buy those cardiac arrest pods from Stoke but I don't see them around here.

One cup of coffee at 7am. Can of Diet Coke around 11am. Another Diet Coke around 3pm. That’s the absolute minimum if I’m being honest. Later in the week I’ll sub out the first Diet Coke for a Red Bull. So probably average around 200mg.

Whatever comprises 2 cups of coffee. That’s it. I don’t do carbonated drinks except on a few occasions. Hard to eat Popeye’s Chicken without a Barq’s Root Beer.

I don't know how much it is, but it's a lot. I usually take a Hydroxycut Hardcore in the morning and then drink an energy drink (Monster, Bang, or Reign) for an extra boost in the early afternoon. Also might have a Coke Zero in there at one point or another. I couldn't function without it. Heck, I can drink an energy drink and take a 3-hour nap right after. They really don't help much.

I used to drink two Bangs, two Redlines, pop two Sleepwalkers and drink about 60 oz of coffee during a shift at the car wash.

That’s 10 hours of labor.

I don't know how many mg. Roughly a 12-cup pot of coffee a day. That is what my cardiologist limited me to. 2 pots kicked off my a-fib once and put me in the hospital with a 230 heart rate.
