I'd do it for free. I'm tired of getting 8 calls a day from Tophique in india about extending my vehicle warranty. Or about my outstanding debt to the IRS

I’ve had my number for 16 years and I’d still let it go for $500 maybe less.

AT&T offered us a new iPhone 8 if we added a line. We added a line and dropped my 12 year old daughter’s number and made her start using the new one and my wife kept the phone. I guess you’d say we got a $700 phone for changing a number...so there ya go.

I don’t think it’s as important as it used to be. No one knows anyone’s phone number like the old days. Just send out a mass text and email to all your important contacts and be done with it.

Not much really. It's just a phone number. I'd have to call about 25-30 places and people to let them know it's been changed and that's about it.

I'm not much of being on a phone, and the less it rings, the more I like it.

What's the minimum $ it'd take for you to sell your actual cell phone number and you have to get a new one. Mostly an inconvenience for the most part. $500? $1000?

A lot of my business runs through my cell phone so it would take enough for me to retire comfortably. IOW, it's pretty much priceless for me.

I've had the same number since I got my first cell phone. I can't put a dollar amount on the pain-in-the-arse it would be to give a new number out to everyone. I'd rather just keep the number I have.
