I don't understand why people post things like this then don't offer up their own answers. You might have gotten a couple more serious responses had you posted your career.
Anyways, I run a small machine shop with a partner. We mostly make medical/surgical instruments. I handle the machining and production schedule while he handles the business side like ordering steel and quoting jobs.
