That's because most people are dumb

it's still easy to do within 1-3% unless you're morbidly

dudes 10-25% should be able to get a decent est with pictures online

Bad news baw. 6ft-235 gives you a BMI of 31.9. Anything over 30 is obese.

When I've done these test, it always says I'm at like 23% or something, but I don't see how. I'm a thin guy and used to be downright skinny. I'm far from muscular, but no one has ever called me fat. Ever.

Most recent DEXA scan was 13%. Probably closer to 10% now.

6'3 @ 190 pounds. The only part of my body with grabbable fat is my damn beer belly. I am slowly turning into one of those skinny old guys with a giant gut.
