Mine's 31. 5'9 210. I work out, but I'm fat as shite. Need to go on a diet for real.

Last time I checked it my bf was 12.6%, but it's probably closer to 14% at this point.

BMI horrible indicator of anything really. Mine is 24 which is technically "overweight" but bf is 10%

22.5 according to the NIH calculator. Never had body fat measured and don't even know how it is.
