Last time I checked it my bf was 12.6%, but it's probably closer to 14% at this point.

BMI horrible indicator of anything really. Mine is 24 which is technically "overweight" but bf is 10%

I thought 18.5 to 24.9 was "normal" and 25 to whatever is "overweight" before you get to "obese".

I dunno. But I weigh now what I did when I was 18.

I ain't skinny, built well minus my ankles. 185-190ish lbs.

22.5 according to the NIH calculator. Never had body fat measured and don't even know how it is.
