quitting the Texas Tech football team when I was the third string kicker (practice squad) as a true freshman, I had a shitty attitude that I should be playing because I was pretty good in high school, I had this ego that I wasn’t going to practice and not play

Starting kicker broke his shin in the second game and i would’ve been called up onto the team (to dress out for every game) as the second string kicker, but I had already quit

Probably could’ve been starting by my junior year

I think about that shite all the time and I am approaching 50 years old

That I did not respond in kind and go scorched earth. Nice guys finish last and here’s your proof. Karma will take care of it though.

I bought an Apple computer instead of Apple stock back when they were cool and all one piece with bright colors.. …. This is waaaay before iPhone.. also passed on Netflix… was mad when they went from sending cds to your house and cancelled.. stock took a hit and it crossed my mind but I said heck with you I hope yall go out of business..

Now I can also do regrets for bad ones I Did buy …

Best stock tip .. watch me.. and do the opposite .

Not settling down in my 20s and loving the one I was with since I couldn't be with the one that I loved. Now my dating pool is mids with no kids or attractive divorced women with two kids.

There is no sense in regretting anything.

Life is too short for that. Live and learn from mistakes.

Being a not-very-good person to others in my early 20s.

Not giving more thought to a Plan B career.

Most other seemingly bad decisions turned into net positive experiences and opportunities over the years, so it's hard to feel much regret. Ultimately, I went after what I wanted in life, so anything more seems like bonus now.

Honestly drinking and living a party lifestyle in my early/mid 20s. Was an empty existence that paid no dividends besides waking up awkwardly next to a random girl.

"I don’t have any."

Then you're either 15 or a dumbass.

Cheating on my first wife. Took me years to forgive myself. Still after 25 years, it still bothers me. God has forgiven me. If He has forgiven me, then who am I to not forgive myself. Got married at 19. Not a good timing choice.

As you get older, you automatically have some reflections.

This song from 1970 or so sums it up

Reflections of my life
