I haven’t a clue. I’ll ask my accounts and get back to you with a figure.

So are people lying or do you guys normally talk about how much you make to your friends? The only guys I know that talk about income are hourly employees.

36, $90-ish. Got out of the oilfield during the crash so I "started over" in a sense.
Before the oil crash, $180k.

I play golf with a fellow retiree, an engineer from Montenegro.
I've adopted his outlook on life based on his favorite quip after I've hit a good golf shot.
"That's all that you need".
Word of advice when dealing with people from Balkan backgrounds...never call them a gypsy.

26. 100% commission. I’ve seen monthly swings of as low as $1000 to a high of $10,000. Very stressful & keeps me from buying anything on a monthly note basis.

Nothing wrong with hourly. Back before I retired I was making $18.75 per hour and the company paid for my cell phone. Was high on the hog, but these old knees finally gave out.

29. 61k. 5% 401k match and a small pension plan. Hoping for bump to 63k or so in 2019. Goal is to make at least 100k a year by age 35 whether I move up within current company or I jump ship elsewhere.
