What's with those ridiculous covid face shields some people still wear?

There was a group of about five or six people who rolled up into the airport today wearing their N95 mask with their covid face shield also. Do they really think covid won't just through the giant gap underneath the shield and their body? Everyone in line there had to have a negative test anyways. If you're that concerned about it you probably should just stay home and never go outside

I have worked with the public throughout the pandemic and can vouch that previously civilized folks have lost they minds.

My favorite face Shields are the face shields that say “FACE SHIELD” so you know it’s a face shield.

It’s destroyed A LOT of relationships among friends and family. The lockdowns and unemployment had to have wrecked millions of marriages. Brothers that won’t talk to sisters, grandmas mad at grandkids, friendships galore. Dissolved beyond repair.
