Isn't that right by the poo poo plant? Nothing like the 24/7 steady scent of human feces.

GeauxWrek, I don't believe it's in St. George but I could be wrong. The casino was annexed by BR early on.

There’s several neighborhoods out that way that are cute, but I just could never get over the distance. Harveston, Pointe Marie, even U Club. It’s just too far out from anything remotely in my routine.

Yep, that is exactly why we picked the Southdowns area.

The issue with most of these neighborhoods is they make all these promises to people to get them to buy in the subdivisions but they don’t live up to their promises a lot of the time
Are you insinuating real estate people would lie?

I’d rather live in a nicer, safer area than worry about convenience of my routines. But everyone looks at things differently

We have football size mature lots with trees out here in the JT/Inniswold/BBT area . I can see the appeal of the small lot from a maintenance standpoint if your kids are out of the house.

Drove through there recently. It’s atrocious. Houses on top of each other. Unless you want your neighbors all up in your business, I would say nah. Plus it’s right next to the casino....I.e. not the area I want to be near. I don’t see the allure at all

Oh that new DSLD neighborhood? Or is it the nicer one that’s Level Homes?

Lakes at Harveston will be 225 a square plus. Preserve now around 221. Selling out quick. Lots of real estate agents live there. They should know where to buy.

It’s not very early in development. They tried to price everything way too high to start and now they are probably losing their arse. The issue they have is that they are competing against The Preserve and U Club. They will be picked 3rd most of the time out of those three.

There’s also Lexington and UClub South

Never understood the vision there. Initially it was to be an RV “destination” community, like you see in Florida. Problem was, there was no destination.

I’m sure they’re just trying to not go bankrupt at this point.
