Did Kamala tell you to post that? That's very, very Kamala'esque.

Something needs to be done about the shitty judgement of these judges. I'm sure everyone remembers this local superstar, too......

Judge Trudy White, who dismissed charges of illegal carrying of weapons and carrying a gun in a firearm free zone, and told the accused to go perform three random acts of kindness. She also suspended a 10 year sentence for a man convicted of raping a 4 year old girl.

Clearly these people share responsibility for the results of freeing dangerous repeat offenders to keep doing what dangerous repeat offenders do.

The question is, when will the fire be held to their feet? At the very least they deserve to be thrown off the bench- and disbarred so they can no longer infect the legal system......

I have no love for Trudy, but for the hundredth time, this is utter fiction. The ADA dismissed the charges. Trudy’s only mistake in the Aramis Jackson case was talking out of her arse. She should have said “the charges have been dismissed; you’re free to go”. Instead, she got cute and started with her act of kindness nonsense, but it had no bearing of anything. The moment the State dismissed the charges, there wasn’t a damned thing she could do. She fricked a host of things up, but this wasn’t one of them.
