I was wondering the same thing. $20 isn't worth my time to stand in line at customer service.

I was returning an item that I did not have a receipt but did have the card I used to purchase it. The young female working said I needed a receipt to return it. I said at Target all you do is swipe your card. She said like a smart arse well this is not Target. We discussed it futher and I told her I was shocked Wal Mart does not have this technology. She said this ain’t Target. I said well this is how they do it at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Super markets. She said too bad. So now I am pissed and a manager comes to the register. The young lady said he does not have a receipt and the older woman says do you have your card and told me to swipe it. Boom, I returned the item with my card in less than 30 seconds. The young lady just stood there looking stupid.

I'll say this... the walmart grocery store pick-up by our house is on point. Ordered online Saturday night, picked up Sunday morning. When I went to pick it up, the lady who brought me my order, was cheery, brought me a bottle of water and a green iced cookie (St Patrick's day).
