The worst I know of personally wound up being a murder/suicide before it was over.
Guy I knew casually from my former job was married to his second wife after having gotten divorced due to his first wife cheating. He swore if it ever happened again there would be hell to pay.
He found out his new wife was cheating and one night when laying in the bed together he shot her in the head then turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.
Between then they had 3 kids, 2 of hers from her prior marriage and 1 from his first. From what I heard, the kids were split up and lived with their relatives.
Yeah, he showed her.

Buddy went on a trip to Vegas with his longtime gf (like 5 years or more) and a few other friends. They lose him one night and he never shows back up. He finally calls the day before they are supposed to leave and he tells them to head back without him that he had already flown home due to a family emergency. Turns out he had hooked up with some stripper and went to Colorado with her. He was there for about a mo th before he came back to Alabama with a massive heroin problem trying to lie about where he was the whole time.

We were both awful about chasing women. I was snitched out by "that crazy bitch" he was married too.
Honestly, chasing other women has always been my biggest fault in relationships. Women are like a drug to me. Same way with Johnny. I had to hit 50 to slow down.
It's like you're always chasing that next high. Women are like elevastors. You have to know which buttons to push, and there is great satifaction in reaching the correct floor.
I can say I have been faithful to my current wife the entire 16 years we have been together.

I had a client whose sister in law and her husband did a inadvertent spouse swap with another couple who were their best friends. This SIL's husband was sleeping with the other best friend's wife. They got caught when both couples went to a Escape the Room place as a group. The SIL's husband got caught with he friends wife in the bathroom. The cheating husband wound up marrying his best friend's wife. The SIL and her best friend's ex-husband were totally distraught. They started hanging out afterwards to "talk about things", fell in love, and wound up getting married, too.
