What's the story behind saying "Germans"?

but why is it always said after a repost? It has nothing to do with the reference from the movie

the admins have these training sessions
in reality they're just big gay orgies. I mean dicks and arse EVERYWHERE.
at first TD only had so many admins so they had to keep fricking and sucking each other.
As time passed and the hired more and more admins.
One of the admins, cant say his name but it rhymes with dummy.Wanted to try someone new and came up with a signal to let the faceless nameless person attached to the dick that ,he wanted someone else.

So he came up with the phrase, "move it along Nancy"
but with a dick in his mouth it sounded like something in German

so Germana became the catch-all phrase for

"we've done this before"

It's super old and equally annoying. People have yet to find a better way to tell people their topic is old.

I've never seen it referenced when talking about reposts anywhere else but here.

Personally, I always thought it was the Germans lost WWI, then tried again and lost WWII.
So, "Germans" was out of respect for trying something twice.
