We have a few of those cups left, the pictures are completely gone from them though.

we bought an entire 'foreverware' set at an estate sale that looked brand new and fits our MCM house perfectly. its all from the 30s & 40s.
like this, but more colors and we also got dozens of saucers, coffee cups, etc. that match the small & large dinner plates
stuff looks brand new still.

I picked up some Fire King coffee cups at a thrift store for $2.00 that are from the 60's, so 50 years or so:

A plain (no decoration) coin silver julep cup from the 1860's.
Some old Waterford highball glasses.
One of my sister's cupboards has all the glasses I grew up with in it.
I could go there now and liberate some family 1940's era glassware.
Don't care to.

I have a late 1970's "World's Greatest Grandpa" mug I gave my grandad when I was a lil kid (I turn 52 this June). This inherited house is full of stuff older than me. I have an antique pedal powered Singer sewing machine, it's approaching 100 years old and still works perfectly.

Plastic soft drink cup purchased at Graceland in Aug-1995. Its companion disintegrated about a year ago, but this one is going still strong.

I have a coffee mug a coworker gave to me for Christmas around 1986. She has since died and I still use that mug every morning.
She died young (40) from a stroke caused by smoking and taking birth control pills. RIP

I have a red plastic cup that I walked out of Pizza Hut with in 1992. Didn't even realize it until I was in my car. I was pregnant and not thinking. So it's about 24 yo. Lol.

Anyone old enough remember these? They're from the 1960's made by Minerware. I recall drinking out of these in the early '70s when I was a kid. I just remember they had a pineapple shape with the white cup insert:
I don't recall seeing a pitcher back then:
Some with colors:

A plain ol' white coffee mug I 'appropriated' from the galley of the first sub I served on .... '97

I got lucky and inherited my grams collection of dishes from the 50's and 60's. My gram took care of stuff and so she had complete collections of vintage stuff in almost perfect condition. I chose it for the sentimental value. It includes dishware that I remember using at my great-grandma's house as a child.
