DR Horton sold out of Long Farm development and aren't building any more houses there. Private builders are buying/have bought the lots to build custom homes. I know Steve Rabalais has already bought some of the lots.

I think the Developers realized what an absolute implosion Long Farm would've become had they not dropped Horton like a bad habit.
Denham already suffers with South Point and Lexington Estates up near Watson already. Walker is saddled with Woodland Ridge...No way some of the toniest real estate in Baton Rouge needed the DR Horton Southeast Asian Shantytown Build Quality Horton is known for.

It's going to be a new DMV just for mexican illegals. This will help with long waiting times at other locations. It's brilliant idea.
