I've been pretty much coasting all month with a few important meetings sprinkled in.
Other than that, for me it's any time there's live Hurricane Hunter feeds to shitpost on all day.
ETA: 1st day of March Madness can be pretty worthless too.

It is a light volume trading day, but the markets are open on 12/31. Lots of non-hourly folks in financial services work.
