Had an infected testicle years ago. I was holding my baby daughter who happened to be wearing a pair of those horrific hard-soled baby shoes. She managed to kick me square in the affected nut. Saw stars and blacked out for a moment.
Managed to pass her off to my wife and I went straight to the floor.

Acutely herniated disc C2/C3. Picked up a box and felt like someone stabbed me in the neck. Fell to the ground. Wife drove me to Urgent Care where I was holding my left arm (pain) and sweating profusely because I stupidly thought a hot bath might help first. The doctor dropped her clipboard and rushed me back to check for a heart attack. I was laughing, and she wondered why. I told her I knew she had to check that but it was likely musculoskeletal. I got the rolling eyes and the EKG.

Hurt like a mother for several weeks after. Got injections there to stem the tide of pain until it healed.

Glad I'm not alone on it. Man it was a rough day. I got hit in South Padre. Literally about 10 steps out into the water, at the beach. People swimming everywhere around me. Bam!

I Jumped out of the water when it hit, thought maybe I stepped on a crab or something, but the pain was unreal. Tried to stand there a minute or two and calm myself thinking no way this hurts so bad, then picked my foot up and looked at it and go oh fudge!

Was with Ex Wife, kids, and Ex in laws, I think they thought I was being dramatic, didn't care. Drove myself to IGA, got hydrogen peroxide, meat tenderizer, and a 30 pack. Back to condo, cleaned it real good, tenderizer, and then wet towel in the microwave, wrap foot, sit on floor, drink, repeat, the entire day. The heat gave relief, but the time gap between the towel cooling off, and heating it back up, would about put me down.

Woke up the next morning, went fishing, drove home, went to Dr for antibiotics. I won't even fool with them ever again. Somebody catches one on my boat i cut their line.

The second time I got popped was on the first day of a week long vacation. I knew what it was going to be like after it hit, I walked straight in the beach house, grabbed a Walmart sack full of beer, cranked up the bathtub and proceeded to get drunk.

We had family photos scheduled on the beach that afternoon, I'm still actively bleeding in all the pictures

I got a post-op infection after a tonsillectomy that made me wish I was no longer alive. Drinking water felt like swallowing glass.

You don’t realize that you use your a-hole muscles for everything.

I got a Charlie horse in my sphincter muscle once when I was a freshman in high school. Extraordinary pain. I was a scout team running back at the time and got hit so hard by a 230 lb senior linebacker that it triggered a spasm of my a-hole that lasted for a couple minutes. I was on the ground in full pads writhing in pain while everybody fell over in laughter. I remember it like it was yesterday, and pray that it never happens again.

A pair of broken ribs

Not sure if it is the most painful thing I have ever experienced, but trying to start a snowmachine with a pull rope with a broken rib about 7 miles from my home would definitely be on the list.

Severe pains I have suffered from over the years that stick out

Gallbladder rupture from gallstones
Kidney Stones
Torn ACL
Pulled muscles any hurt like a bitch
Cluster Headaches to the point of vomiting from the pain
Gout flare ups

But nothing tops the time i had an abscess tooth. They couldn't deaden it because a puss pocket had formed around the nerve so they had to just snap the nerve with no treatment. The only time i have ever had tears uncontrollably stream down my face from pain. I wasn't even like boohoo crying just water was leaking down my face with no expression and i couldn't move for 5 minutes.
