Started training the brother of one of my wife’s pediatric patients. Kind of heavy, unathletic kid with childhood diabetes. His mom brings him to our house and I’ve had him workout with my son twice this week. This morning his mom texted me saying he asked if he could workout with us 3x a week instead of 2.

Slept really good Wednesday night.
7.50 hours, didn't wake up multiple times, had a dream that this one piece chick from that lake thread was into me instead of creepy dreams I don't understand, and I woke up refreshed.

Spent time with my kids.
I was with my son after karate and he told me "Dad, if I had 3 wishes, my first wish would be for you to win the lottery every year.
My second wish would be for you to get a big raise soon.
And my third wish would be for you to always be happy."
I have an amazing son. He's so awesome and I know he sees me working all the time to try and make ends meet.
Damn this terrible Economy

Went to Ryman last night to see Del McCoury band and he brought out special guests John Oats who did a John Prine song then he brought out Lucas Nelson then to close the show brought out Billy Strings to jam with them, it was an incredible show to say the least.

Bought a very needy family two weeks worth of groceries. Also gave them 135.00 cash to buy needed medicine. It was all legit or I wouldn’t have helped them.
