Used a piece of wire to fashion a jumper to bypass the broken lid switch on our washing machine.
Ordered the new part from Amazon, but wife is able to wash clothes now. Fire extinguisher is on standby.

Pulled my boat out of storage, backed it up a curved winding driveway, up a hill, put a hose on the engines to warm them up, then pumped out the oil, changed the filters, added new oil, and replaced the spark plugs.

Went on patrol with my unit in Jalalabad. Got fired upon and returned fire after taking cover in a shelled-out residence (smells like BarBQ and raw sewage). Then called some heavies in to give us cover while we buggered out of the kill zone.
Translation:
Me and a couple buddies of mine were walking down a street in Ferriday after a pickup b-ball game when these lil thugs started throwing rocks and glass at us. We ran under the half-collapsed porch of a shotgun house (smelled like BarBQ and raw sewage) and started chunking whatever we could find to stave them off till the cops showed up. While the thugs were distracted we ran our pasty tails outta the hood and back to civilization.

Dug a hole for the foundation of the kids' new treehouse, gave the wife's car a tuneup, built a makeshift tool out of scrap parts, read a book to my little boy, and I'm 'bout to wear out the wife.

Pressure washed some moss or something off a disabled friend’s roof and then cut down the big assed tree causing it. Trimmed out some of his outside windows and patched his stucco so the insurance co didn’t cancel him.
