Don’t know what to tell you, but maybe I was grandfathered in or something. It never forced me to change my password, so maybe that was only for new accounts or for when you change your password.

ETA: found the email that shows the password change in 2016. Yeah so I was off by about 4 or 5 years.

I feel like yahoo has done it a few times. I remember one around 2009-2010, then another 7 or 8 years later.

Funny you should ask. I finally had to change my gmail pw last night when it seems someone somewhere signed me up for HBO Max with my gmail address. So however long it has been since gmail came out, until last night, I had the same password. Had to cancel my credit card too. HBO Max sub and some purchase from a Wisconsin bike shop in the last two weeks.

Yahoo Mail is a good one. I hadn't checked it in a couple of years, but lo and behold, its still active and with one password . It'll be 29 years old in October.

I’ve had my yahoo email account since 1997. Never changed the password. It’s still my only personal email account.

I looked this up on Tuesday.. From what I understand, they have only been able to confirm that it has been 42 years, but some think it is as long as 57 years.

The equivalent of a CFO for a medium sized EU member country hadn't changed their password in over 17 years, for a system used to track and move trillions of Euro around the EU/EEC.
