I'm 38 and 6'4" so I still look skinny as shite. I don't want to go over 205 lbs though so I workout and do cardio 3-4 times per week. With the way I eat, I would be 300 lbs or more if I wasn't active.

154 lbs right now, heaviest I've ever been. I feel ok but I still want to lose about 10 lbs.
