At LSU it wasn't so bad. The thing about the empirical analysis series (Principles of Econometrics, Forecasting, and Financial Econometrics) was that every one else struggled so hard that the curve could carry you.

Race and Ethnic Relations.
If anyone wants credit for a 400 level class at Southeastern. I have the answer key for the class
frick Whitey. Every answer is frick whitey.

Biology for biology majors. I have a good mechanical mind, so math and physics come fairly easily for me, but trying to memorize all of the bio nonsensical words was nearly impossible for me. Kudos to those who can, its just not something I will ever be able to do.

I took a course that was part differential equations and part linear algebra. The diff eq part was pretty easy but I never did wrap my head around linear algebra.
For the life of me I don't see what's difficult about calculus. There are only two new concepts you have to learn: derivatives and integrals. And one is the opposite of the other. I think people make it harder than it really is.
Another class that was sort of hard was an elective I took that I thought was going to be easy. It was a modern art class. There were only two exams: a mid-term and a final. So if you biff one of them, you're pretty screwed. For the most part, the tests consisted of identifying the painter of a painting that we may or may not have discussed in class. Then for 3-4 of the paintings, we had to write a paragraph discussing them.
Dynamics was another beast. I got something like an 80 on the first test (on the curve it was >100). But that was as good as it ever got. If it wasn't for the curve, I'd still be in that class.

Immunology.
I have a microbiology degree that I don't use and a mechanical engineering degree that I do use and immunology was the most difficult class for me of my college career. Harder than the organic chem, diff eq, or thermo. It just required a lot of memorization of completely new and difficult terms and I suck a memorization.

Material Balances. ChemE track at AU. Dr. Guin. frick you, Guin!
My number grade for the quarter was a 36, and I made a B. It was fricking miserable, and an introduction to future classes. Physical Chemistry had me contemplating suicide.

Hardest class? Finance 300 because of the complexity of the problems involved.
Worst professor / tests? One of my MIS classes where the professor expected us to vomit up perfect PHP and Perl programs onto the exam paper.

The combo of cal3, physics2 and static’s and dynamics made me quit engineering ... switched to business finance and it was easy peasy. Should have stuck it out though.

I took a philosophy class in the summer. 2 hours and 45 minutes and it started at 8 in the morning. No breaks either.

I gave up after the first one. Decided it wasn't worth the concentration or whatever they called the series. Scored like a 19 raw on the mid term. That was curved into a C, maybe like a 72 or so. Final wasn't as bad, but still wasn't pretty
