Did another week long road trip up to Michiganv via Ohio, then to northern Illinois and back home.

Made another road trip out west after the long one, to LA, and did a bunch of site seeing. Spahn ranch. Randy Rhoades grave. All kinda places

I've done 2000+ miles in a day over half a dozen times

Disney was the further by miles (~675 miles), but Gatlinburg by time with the off highway and mountain driving (12 hours).

2350 miles in 26 hours going from San Jose to Clinton when they shut everything down for covid.

This math doesn’t math. That’s averaging 90mph for 26 hours and it also doesn’t take in to account the 5-6 times you had to stop for fuel.

Good grief. Y’all have put time behind the wheel.

I’m At about 800 miles. From Henderson TX up to Ames IA to a game.

Do I get credit for a longer trip if I say we were in a compact SUV, 4 of us. Two married couples. His wife pregnant. I’m 6’2 fatty as you can see on my videos posted. lol

Through broken bow type roads at pitch black. Thanks gps, could have taken the turnpike like the way up.

I’ve learned.

Drove 3500 miles in 10 days to take my kids all over the West.

It was fantastic. I would get them up at 6am every day and make them cozy in the car to sleep and by 11am we'd be at our next destination and they'd just be waking up and we would have the whole day to explore.

Sounds awful but it was actually really really fun and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

By that time if already made that run a half dozen times in the previous few years.

There were no cops, I was motivated, I was in a 2017 Mustang GT, and I had plenty of 5 hour energy.

I know people with diesel trucks and big fuel tanks that make similar time

Jacksonville to Boston. More of I-95 than I'll ever care to see again. That sucked.

Plano, TX to Breckenridge, CO 13 hours. And for someone like me who hates driving long distance, that’s pretty damn good.

800 miles, give or take. I took an older aunt to her son's funeral in Louisville, KY. The day after the service, I drove from Louisville to Monroe to drop off my aunt, then back home to Baton Rouge. Compared to some of you, that's nothing, but at the time, my 62 yr old arse was tired.

1100ish with wife and kids coming back from the beach last year. Planned to stop about 4-5 hours shy of destination but there was a storm blowing in and I didn't wanna risk it.

Drove from Anchorage, AK to Whitehorse, Yukon in late Dec during a good snowfall. Took about 20 hrs to get there.

Might not be the furthest in one day but definitely the longest.

Not sure about now, but when I did it you had to drive north to Tok to hit the road to the Canadian border.

I drove 28 hours straight when I was 22 years old (Los Angeles to greater Baton Rouge).

Now at 46, 600 miles a day is plenty enough.

Drove from Knoxville TN to San Jon, NM just inside the NM state line in one trip. The drive through Texas felt like it was never going to end
