There’s a full gym at one time where I previously lived.

Some churches think it necessary to attract people with such amenities. The Good News of Christ is way down on the list of why people attend such places of worship.

It’s great. Bible teaches you to take care of your body. A lot of people have never been around gyms and are intimidated by them. It’s a great service to help keep people active and in good health. It’s also a great place for rehab.

those are good points, but I'd rather see gyms than doughnuts and coffee. At least the gym has a chance of improving our physical temples, which is a lot more important than people realize.

Never seen that before, but interesting concept to attract and keep membership. You don’t grow any organization without more people.

Curb your enthusiasm episode I believe where massages were offered after being saved.

We're not far off from that now. Church is big business these days.

Christ would grab them by the pussy?

Christ would not be like any politician in office. Christ would walk in to the Capitol and turn over the tables and run those people out.

Sometimes I look at these new modern "churches" and think they are trying to build their own little city where they can contain their followers and "protect" them from the real world.
