My wife is 6 years younger than I am. I'm 45, she's 39. We met when I was 26 and she was 20.

My wife's cousin married a guy who was 45 when she was 24. I guess reality set in when she had to plan his 50th birthday party and she was still in her 20's. They didn't last much longer after that.

Not exactly a relationship but I hooked up with the 39 year old mother of my younger brother's prom date when I was 26.

She was in 8th grade, and I was in 7th. I felt like a straight up Mack Daddy back then.

my younger brother by 8 years used to be quite the tennis stud, when I was pretty big into playing tennis I used to play at the place he played a lot and gave lessons, he was like a mentor and hero to a lot of the younger dudes there that took lessons, I started to meet a few of their moms, almost all of them divorced young milfs, was like shooting fish in a barrel

My wife is 16 years younger than me. I'm 49 and she's 33. It works great for us, but I'm not suggesting everybody try it.

We like different music, etc. but that's a small thing. I never wanted kids and we discussed that on our first date 8 years ago. She still brings it up every now and then but I have to remain firm and tell her I'm not changing my mind. It's our only real issue, but she keeps telling me she's fine with it. We'll see....

Not me, but my best friend was 41 and she was 19. I was kinda jealous until I found out she had a 6 year old.

I had another friend who was 75 and dated a 35 year old. He showed up at his high school reunion with her in a mini skirt and cowboy boots. She broke up with him and he fell apart. Was dead within a year.

Serious question. How did your friends and family react when you showed up at events dating an 18 year old when you were 40?

16 months older is the oldest

Age is just a number, to a degree. My father was 7+ years older than my mother, so I could see (me being) 7 to maybe 12 years older, depending on a whole range of factors.

I doubt I would be attracted to an older woman.

Wife is 16 years my junior and not from the US. We don’t even notice the age gap.
