What I just posted lol, so you are paying 6 dollars to take a 100 out your bank account. Total bank account loss = -$106

Sort of wrong.
The casino may charge anywhere from 4 dollars to 6 dollars just for this convenience. Then your bank may add as much as a 2.50 charge just to use a nonbank ATM.
So your 100 really cost you almost 108 dollars so you are down already.
But always leave once you win. That is my motto, but I never listen especially if I just walked in the door.

Blackjack. Sit down in one of the middle seats if you can, always split the 8's, double down on 11. Start out with $100, then once you're up another $100, put it in your pocket and play with what you've won, so you leave with at least as much as you came in with.
