A friend of mine was at an Intools conference not too long ago. Intools is database that nearly every plant uses for Electrical Instrumentation and he asked why there wasn't better security for the user login and passwords. The speaker assured him the security was very good so my friend asked for a few minutes. After the small delay, my friend said, ok yoiur password is... and he proceeded to recite the guy's password.
