This is a pointless program.

Just a waste of taxpayer dollars.

I was in NOLA Wednesday to Saturday last week and I think there were 3 restaurants I went to that were taking down information.

I signed in as Chuck Schumer at Sports Clips, and gave 1600 Pennsylvania Ave for my address.

I don't know enough about South Korea to speak to that, but it has been a universal fail here in the US.

Korea did it with cell phone data which is quicker, cheaper and far more cost-effective than the US variant and doesn't depend on the veracity of individuals giving the data.

I've received 2 voicemails from the most ratchet hood rat sounded women you could imagine.

When I called the number they left to call, nothing happened. It didn't even ring the first time.

They haven't called back other than those 2 times.

Has been tried here too, but the technology was a total fail. Was a big article in the WSJ a week or so ago.
