I was in NOLA Wednesday to Saturday last week and I think there were 3 restaurants I went to that were taking down information.

Korea did it with cell phone data which is quicker, cheaper and far more cost-effective than the US variant and doesn't depend on the veracity of individuals giving the data.

I've received 2 voicemails from the most ratchet hood rat sounded women you could imagine.
When I called the number they left to call, nothing happened. It didn't even ring the first time.
They haven't called back other than those 2 times.

Has been tried here too, but the technology was a total fail. Was a big article in the WSJ a week or so ago.
