Always wait until after 12 so you can LTD on the early birds. Teaches them a lesson.

Too early. 10:00 would be much better.

Anything that’s noisy enough to wake up neighbors should wait until 9:00

Start mowing at 7:00 A.M. and then make sure you burn any sticks/leaves when you are done and let it smolder all day so that your neighbors can enjoy the nice weather with that lovely burn pile smoke smell that engulfs the entire neighborhood

As early as the noise ordinance laws allow you wherever you live at.

Any neighbors have an issue with that....tough shite

Any neighbor who would have an issue with yardwork at 7a on any day probably doesn't need to live around other people.

If you live in the South, early is better.

Depends on how hot it is. Don’t blame anyone getting out there at the arse crack of dawn for it when it gets above 60-70. Otherwise, I’d say 9:00.

After church is out, if not everyone knows you didn't go.

That was always my dad's philosophy

In PHX legally you can start at 6 am everyday from May 1 until September 30. Rest of year is 7 am.

In warm climates this certainly is understandable.

10:00. A lot of people- that’s their sleep in day.
