What's a good rooftop pool bar (or just pool bar) in NOLA?

Lots of options now. A cabana rental is nice but not necessary.
Enjoy good rum and tequila drinks in the sun. So great mojitos and margaritas mean more than a great view.
Nopsi looks good. Prefer a place not overly crowded during weekday.
Sometime else said the one on the Higgins hotel?
I know the OT knows the answer to this.

Hiigins hotel is nice. Had a descent bar. The Chloe on st Charles is not roof top it has a really nice pool.

No pool, but Hot Tin on the top of the Pontchartrain hotel is fantastic.

The Omni Royal Orleans has an awesome rooftop pool with bar service right to your chair. My wife and I love it.

Hot Tin in the Ponchartrain Hotel has the best view in the city but no pool

The Ace Hotel rooftop pool is incredible but just be aware the bar staff there is about as hipster centric as a Portland Antifa pre riot meetup.
