That would have been a more appropriate punishment. He no doubt should have been open to a significant civil lawsuit from the teabagee but prison time and a sexual assault charge was ridiculously over the top. A public lewdness charge was the appropriate charge

It only lets gumps think they can do anything after a game win or lose.

I can see you tea bagging a friend or acquaintance during a drunken stupor....but doing it in public, on video, to a total stranger, in another state? That is beyond stupid.
I would however have liked to see one of the victims friends to have seen this and completely blindsided him and put him in the hospital.
