I cooked bacon, sausage, and eggs for breakfast over the fire pit. Pretty fricking good.

Typical BBQ here, hotdogs for the kids, boneless/skinless chicken thighs, 85/15% hamburger pattys & Manda's green onion sausage.

Nothing special but good enough for good eating for the next few days.

I’ve got a pork tenderloin ready and waiting. Trying a new flavor profile with the marinade...more of an Italian seasoning base so looking forward to it.

Keeping it simple here. Couple of nice porterhouse, peas, venison sausage, and fresh berries with yogurt for dessert.

Smoking a couple whole chickens with a Peruvian rub, finished on a hot grill to crisp up the skin. With a spicy jalapeño dipping sauce on the side.

Throw some potatoes on the smoker for a while, then take them off, cut them up, and then fry them. Yum

Hamburgers, sausage, brats and picked up some bacon wrapped filet bites with cream cheese, stuffed mushrooms, au gratin potatoes and bacon Mac and cheese from the specialty meats store
