What would you give to live like Anthony Bourdain

I'd say at least a digit on each hand and foot

One testicle.
ETA possibly 2 testicles.

Would you have to start out like he did, or can you jump to right now?

to be a self-aggrandizing douche? seems like a hefty price to pay to be one of those....

I'd bang his dumb frickin wife.
Blee dat

You could skip the early years. Although I think his early experiences in the restaurant industry would be incredibly interesting. I'd skip all the drugs though

I think you meant to say that the other way around

This guy has the life. I'd be happy just getting a part time travelling assignment with him.

I'd probably give a foot.
He is a multi-millionaire who travels the world on someone else's dime to eat good food and experience cool shite.
If I could pick one life to switch to, its his. What's not shown in the show is that he sometimes brings his wife (woof) with him.

Dude has one of the best jobs ever.

I know some people don't like him (i.e. the one who says he is a douche) but he consistently makes my list of people I would enjoy having a drink and meal with. Just seems like an interesting dude and I don't pick up the a-hole bit from him at all. But it is TV and you never know how those people are in real life.

I'd trade places with him so long as I didn't have to be a flaming lib douchebag.

He seems like a depressed alcoholic to me.

I'm not exactly sure how any of you could have a problem with traveling the world and eating wonderful food?

I would rather just be rich...then I could live like him but not have a camera crew following me around all the time and having to do multiple takes while eating soup

I'd rather just have the money for a house in the south of France, inside Avignon would be nice, and do what I wanted. I could find better things to do with my time than what he does, but I doubt I could make the same scratch.
