What would you do if you were a mad scientist?

I would clone dead famous of the past particularly political figures by exhuming their remains to get the DNA.
Find them an adoptive home in their home country with a family of similar socio economic status as the originals persons family had. Secretly monitor them to see if they end up being a similar person (the clone won’t be aware of who he is, nor would the parents)
Would do people like the Founding Fathers, Stalin, Lincoln, Goebbels, Churchill, etc
