Update- just saw Kenny the security guard for the first time since I asked him to do something with the wallet. He said he mailed it to the Mexican's address in San Antonio. Let's hope he received it and Kenny didn't gank the cash. Buenos Dias

Call casino security and tell them what/where you found it. That he was stealing your shite and dropped the billfold. Mail the billfold to them. Let them contact him and maybe they got him on camera. They may call him and say hey, come get your shite then bring him out back and beat tf out of him so he doesnt go back.
Or just maybe there has been a string of this going on and this could be a lead. Or maybe the person who went through your shite dropped that wallet he stole. Who knows.
