What would be the best cut of meat on a human?

Let's pretend the world goes all Johnathan Swift due to overpopulation and we start eating people. What cut would you think will cost the most per lb?
Do humans have a brisket equivalent? Is back strap the go to? With all the fatties out there, you know there has to be some good marbling on the choice cuts.
Also, do humans have light meat and dark meat? (On the inside, not outside)
And what animal that we currently eat is most similar in taste/texture to human meat? I gotta think we are like a pork tenderloin.

I'd probaby look for a young purebred aryan heifer about 30 pounds on the plus side and select the tricep.
The active breeds in gyms and running wild along highways are likely tough and gamey.
An the poor bloodlines don't have a good diet for marbeling.

Sure, the first generation will find it weird, but let's pretend you are born into this world and were lucky enough to avoid the human veal farms as an infant.
