If you are in Louisiana you can't wager through apps or websites.
For example, if you want to use draftkings, you can download it, start an account, but you can't transfer any money.
And don't use any of the sites or apps that are outside of the US. People will probably tell you "I do and never had any problems", but it could be shut down at any moment and there are some that will frick with your money.
Find a bookie or find someone in Las Vegas who will place bets for you (if you find someone in Vegas you might have to set up some type of plan with them where you send your losses or they send your winnings after so many weeks or pay in advance..or some shite).

I used 5dimes for years, but about 2 years ago my Visa card started to decline payment to them. Signed up with Bovado and same thing, couldn’t make deposit with Visa or MasterCard.
How are y’all funding your accounts? Would rather not use bitcoin as I don’t know much about it or how to set up. Would a prepaid Visa card work?
