These are the first ones that came to mind, ask me tomorrow and I’ll probably give a different answer

Young FCP was a fatty. Hell, old FCP is still chubby. But, my fave from Mickey Ds was the dual styrofoam tray container with a McDLT. Extra mayo. Because, y'know, fatty.

Taco Bell used to give out these CD’s with computer games on them. Simple games similar to donkey Kong, Asteroids etc using Taco Bell characters.They were great .

I remember when the Happy Meal box was made out of plastic in the the shape of the General Lee, Rosco P. Coletrane's sheriff car, Boss Hoggs car, Daisy's jeep and Uncle Jesse's truck. Inside there were stickers you applied to the outside of the box.

I googled 90s happy meal toys and went down the rabbit hole. So many I forgot existed.
Remember they had those little plastic nugget dudes in costume? Like (below) the Halloween version, but other versions too.
