In 2010 or so they had Yelawolf (a known Alabama fan) that essentially got boo’d off the stage when he started representing Bama during the performance. Think the actual reason was he refused to not curse but peak bama hatred time

Not sure about your concert, but I remember seeing Chevelle play on the parade grounds in 2003 or 2004. It was a free concert. They were awesome.

One band I specifically remember that was supposed to be there was a band called Spoon.

Not sure if that helps.

Groovin on the grounds

Grooving on the grounds was pretty consistent in the late 2000's to early 2010's, not sure if it is now.

I remember one called Bòn fèt.

It was Bonne Fête Festival. I went on March 24, 2000 and saw RatDog (Bob Weir's band).

Kenny Rogers, Don McClean and others also performed.

All artists for the weekend can be seen here: Bonne Fete 2000

Maybe X-Fest. We went in 2007. The headliner was The Killers and they also had Jet, AFI, Papa Roach, & Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. I it had gotten canceled in 2005 due to Katrina and then in 08 had some issues with My Chemical Romance.

I remember XFest because we left early when AFI shite the bed and Jet sounded terrible. i guess there was some tech issue. Then the next day the paper said The Killers put on the best rock concert BR had seen in years.
