I was involved in something very similar to this. I was part of the 6. The 40 was a bunch of dumbasses who thought they were cool because they were in a "car club". They all had "Small World" stickers on the back windows of their low riders. This was in the early to mid 90s. It was supposed to just be a one on one fight over a bitch , of course. But they all charged at us. At the end one of us had 2 teeth in one of his boots (he also had to have staples in his stomach and head) , another had a broken leg from being a bitch and trying to jump in the car we were in because he was scared and as he was one leg in someone ran up and kicked the door ( or attempted to kick the door closed). Stitches for 2 more of us who were swing 40oz St Ides bottles at anything and anyone running up on us. I'm sure several of those car club queers got fricked up as well. You find someone in Nashville or Rutherford County TN on their mid to late 30s and you'll hear about the story. It was talked about for years.

I don't go to tigerland as much as I used to, but it seems like there are less big brawls than back in '12/'13. It's probably just coincidence but I haven't seen one of those 20+ people throw downs in a few years.

There was this brawl at a Sonic Drive-In once. It was horrific. Apparently one guy forgot to check the other ones knuckles.

Saw 20-30 high school/college kids beat the shite out of 1 college kid at Mardi Gras. Started because he pissed on someone's tire. He beat the first 2-3 that came after him. He didn't beat the next 20. I still hear the sound of his head getting kicked into the side of a car. He ended up losing an eye I believe. A woman stopped the whole thing when she went up and slapped the shite out of the ring leader and called them all pussies.

I knew the family and they wanted me to testify. I explained I had to go to school with these guys for 2 more years. No way was I going to catch a similar beating.

My bachelor party in Memphis. We had gotten hammered on Beale Street and gone back to the Hampton Inn next to the FedEx forum and were drinking on the balcony late night. I see a couple walking up the hill towards the river and a guy is walking down the hill, on the same side of the street, at them. The female gets behind the guy when they notice who it is. The single male then shoots the guy in the forehead and he goes straight backward, falling with the slope. He lifts his head about 6 inches off the sidewalk and I could see brain on the sidewalk stretching to his head. Nasty as hell. When the cops showed up, I left the hotel and gave them the account of what happened. Luckily, they caught him later that day. Only time I've ever watched someone die.

So who is it this time?

College party in Austin. One drunk guy started pulling planks of a fence down, one after the other, while his friend is yelling, "bring the bad boy down!" over and over again. The guys throwing the party came outside, told the drunks to quit tearing down the fence, and a fight like something out of an old western started, with people swinging parts of the fence. I stood off to the side, frozen, as people had pieces of the faces & hanging from their heads. This was many years back, but feels like it happened yesterday.

Outside Shady's few years ago I saw a POS marine shite talking some hoodlums, next thing I know marines on the ground getting his face kicked in. A textbook example of when keepin it real goes wrong.

Was at a youth football camp in Independence, as in, a bunch of 5-10 y.o. kids. A guy and his girl in the parking lot behind the crowd get into and the gal pops off 3 shots into ol' boys gut. Talk about a bunch of parents scared shiteless.

I was an observer at a one on one fight between rival schools at a local park. "We" had about 10, "they" only showed up with 4. Fight was fair, and our boy was getting the best of it until a bunch of rednecks from the other school come screeching into the park. I had my back to a tree and took and gave for what seemed like half an hour. Two of our guys got clocked with bats - and the original guy was pummeled.

Leaving a bar in Hammond, turned the corner and in the process of getting my keys out of my pocket I got knocked out with a tire iron. I know bc it was left next to me. That was staples and stitches.

Buddy of mine lost his ever lovin' mind after a guy "stole" his girl. What started out as a fight ended up with one chasing the other on I-12/I-55 while shooting at each other. The guy I knew went to Angola over that one. Buddy ended up committing suicide years later.

There are more, a big gang fight at the Taco Smell in Hammond in high school, bar fight at the old Chevys in Hammond I was able to E&E before the cops showed up.
