"Fixed" the clock on my stove by clipping the wires connected to it. Got the living hell shocked out of me too.

Replaced the evaparator vent valve, vent valve solenoid, and the evap cannister on my pickup to clear a few emissions codes.
I had to unbolt and lift up the bed to get to the solenoid.

It was something on Saturday, I'm not at liberty to write about it but here's a hint-

I fixed the standing water issue I had on my back patio by digging an 8"x8"x30' trench along the slab, lining it with perforated garden liner and filling it with river rocks.

Rebuilt a carburetor for a pressure washer. Runs like a champ now.

Crawfish boiler regulator (jam nut).
It seems like I fix something once a day.
Last week, I had to replace the guts of a doorknob.
I genuinely feel sorry foe people who aren't at least a bit mechanically inclined.

Ran some shitty gas in my weed eater and blower over the weekend, so I had to fix them. Put a new fuel pump information my truck weekend before that. Those are the most recent broken things that needed fixing

Certified Tie-Off Point on the mid section of a wind Turbine. Got bent during transport, so it got replaced. I just happened to be inspecting the tower with the guy who was going to fix it, so we worked on it together.
Last non-work related item I fixed was a fan whose sting broke off.

So I had a mental lapse last night. Pulled into the carport with a spreader strapped to the top of the suburban. By some miracle the strap broke before I damaged the suburban or the roof. Only damage was I split the gutter in two. We had a nice storm rolling in last night, so across two hours, I stole a 12' section of gutter off the shop, made an endcap and a downspout and installed as the rain started. I've got to go back and seal the seam at the splice later this week after everything dries out.

Fixed my cars speedometer. $5 part had to be replaced....probably would have been charged $150+ for someone to do it at a repair shop or dealership.

The brake system on my old pick up truck. Replaced the master cylinder, rotors, pads and installed new hubs as they had built in ABL sensors that were non serviceable and I had an ABL light due to an issue with one of the sensors in the hubs.

Well, these are over the last couple of days. I set up an OpenVPN router to watch Astros games in the blackout area. My blower wasn't cranking so I replaced the spark plug. I had some rotting fascia and soffits so I cut out the rot and replaced it with new wood and painted it.
