Smile, eyes, facial shape, hair.
Intelligence. A body that has proportion, she can be a little thick but she should have great tits and arse to go with it.
Needs to have a voice that isn't grating and doesn't sound dumb as frick.
Can't talk hood or valley girl.
Can't have dark hair on her arms. That's just gross.
