Buy a HD antenna from Walmart and use it outdoors or in the garage

2002 TV has a analog tuner. All stations are now broadcast in digital. Would also need a analog to digital converter box.

Pick a nice day and put it out on the street for the TV fairy. He's very efficient in my experience.

I knew before I opened this thread it would be a Sony Trinitron.

Had one just like that too until my uncle dropped it during our move. That was a great tv, perfect for a kids room.

Donate it to someone in a nursing home. A lot of the oldsters can't afford a TV.

My 2007 Panasonic 42” plasma is still my den TV. Never any problems with it. Contrast and color still good.

Oh yeah? I moved my old 65" from 2013 to my bedroom when I bought my 8k Samsung. It's really too much but I had the money to burn.

When my wife and I were looking at houses, one we looked at had a 36" Sony tube tv mounted on a bracket in the master bedroom. Seller's agent said that comes with the house as a perk... I laughed at the dude and said they didn't want to take it down huh.. Guy was like um yeah..

Just looked up the 2002 version.
And, 2002 doesn't seem THAT long ago. Crazy how old the technology looks.

I actually know this couple in Mandeville whose son was just paralyzed from the waist down and a 32in tv was one of the times left they’d still like to have donated. The dad is disabled

Trying to coordinate that would be impossible though
