I find peace and happiness in spending time with my wife and kid. Maybe not all of the time.. but most of the time.

A good craft beer or two, a good steak.

Video games.

Does anyone find happiness in any type of religion?

What makes you smile without being able to stop it?

That sucks when the guy right before you destroyed the bathroom and all you did was come take a leak.

Drinking to make yourself happy is only going to make things worse. Go for a run, workout, hike, etc. Start a new hobby, volunteer for habitat for humanity, learn to play the guitar. Start a garden.

I’ve gotten more into cooking later. Just learning to make new things.

Love it, the quick wit of this board makes me smile.

I see dogs, beer, weed and jerking off.....am I already at maximum happiness?

Keep a graditude journal. Just small notebook to carry with you. Each day write three things you are grateful for.

Any of my hobbies and interests, outdoors.

Also fricking beautiful women while stoned, I'm a fan of that.

I sign up multi day endurance race/ events each year. Gives me something to look forward to and a Reason to train and to be out in nature. The reward is the travel to a unique destination to see some cool sights and meeting people from all over the world.

One thing I find a lot of joy in that may be less common is silence and solitude. Just be in the moment. Sit on your couch, no phone, no tv, no people, nothing. Just take 5 minutes and notice the things you normally don't. There's so much noise in our lives that the brief pause is soothing. You can do this outside, also. A good cup of pour over coffee from fresh beans, sitting outside in the back yard and just soaking it all in for a few minutes. It's glorious.

Gym 5-6 days a week with some Jiu Jitsu & boxing/kickboxing sprinkled in. I’m insecure because I’m short so learning to choke dudes unconscious helps me deal with my inferiority complex. Teaching my son to play sports too.

ETA: also, as others have said, beers and fap
