Great jam, I guess I don’t appreciate the weather as much as I should.

You guys talk about running or walking, Mike Posner walked across America...wonder if that would bring happiness. I guess if you’re rich already, but what if a broke guy walked across America...would it make him happy?

Run, the self gratification I get from running in whatever weather (the worse the better) makes me feel like I've been born again.

There's something about telling that 6 inches between my head to go frick itself when it says it's ok to sit on the couch.

I feel like sex and work are the only things that make me happy. That can’t be healthy.

Go out to a beach. Seeing the sea and mountains make me very peaceful and relaxed. Maybe find a secluded cove and hunker down for a while.

I’m like 40 minutes from a bunch of beaches, I’m in good shape maybe just go beach combing...I would have to have music though. Pretty sure all my happiness will include music.

Takes me about 40 minutes to drive out to my favorite beach. I listen to music on the way, and sometimes when I get there.

Sometimes see whales in the water or bears in the meadow. Always come back rejuvenated.

I sign up multi day endurance race/ events each year. Gives me something to look forward to and a Reason to train and to be out in nature. The reward is the travel to a unique destination to see some cool sights and meeting people from all over the world.

Used to do this myself. Mainly Olympic distance or half Ironman triathlons. Pretty difficult to do that where I am now, but still run and bike. I have great hiking and whitewater rafting here so it keeps me busy.
