They PC'd her up.

Natchez is cool. I'd check out Bowies, fat mamas, Andrews and corner bar for drinks. Pearl street, magnolia grill, landing, pig out inn and or roux 61 (not downtown though) for food. Grand and eola are good hotels.
This. Born in Natchez and raised in Vidalia La. (Miss-Lou). Natchez isn't a big town but has its nice places.

I haven't lived in Iowa for years. I had some business there back in aught six.
Estimated median household income in 2011: $24,380 (it was $25,117 in 2000)
Natchez: $24,380
Mississippi: $36,919

Natchez Mall > Vicksburg Mall

I could have googled it too if I really wanted to know. Thanks.

Then you should have googled it instead of asking me how I know, which is what I just told you.
Posted on 6/17/14 at 3:13 pm to The Third Leg
I asked how you knew, not for the stats (which I could have looked up on my own (if I really wanted to know)).

Just backing up my assertions with facts. I like to make it easy for the lazy lurkers.

Vicksburg Mall
I passed by there once and it was literally half covered with growth (kudzu?), like the set of a jungle movie
Somehow symbolized postmodern America

From the Gerg Iles novels the grave yard seems to be the hot spot around town.

There is a LOT of old money in Natchez. A LOT. I grew up there. The median income is deceiving because all the rich people have already made all their money and the gap in wealth between the rich and the poor is huge.

Go to Fat Mama's Tamales. You won't be disappointed

This!! get the women some Knock Ya Naked Ritas!!!!
wasn't a fan of Fat Mama's I found it over rated. Everyone says to go there, and there are brochures for it at all the tourist stuff. But it's just the tamales with a chili and premade daiquiri margaritas'
wasn't the worst thing we ate there, but far from the best./
